C&A Partners with One2Team to Accelerate Delivery of its New Brand Concept via POS Network in Europe

Cloud-based collaboration and project management system will improve coordination within the C&A organization.

One2Team, an all-in-one collaboration solution designed to manage the execution of strategic initiatives, today announced that C&A, one of the biggest fashion retailers in Europe, has selected One2Team’s platform to support a major retail network refurbishment effort in coming years. C&A will utilize One2Team to improve coordination between the different departments across the EU involved in the deployment of this strategic initiative.

“As part of our European refurbishment program we have carefully assessed our requirement for supportive tools to allow for a ramp up of our activities with over 100 store transformations per year. One of the things that was very clear was the need for a comprehensive project and portfolio management system to support our efforts,” said Robin Knijn, C&A’s Unit Leader for the European project management office in charge of this strategic initiative.

“Our goal is to have one single source of truth and knowledge in the form of a cloud-based platform where all the stakeholders can efficiently collaborate on the planning, construction, and opening of our stores. After evaluating several IT solutions, we chose One2Team for the ergonomics of the application, the layered levels of available reporting (per country and consolidated) and its high level of configurability.”
