Technology adoption is always key in business transformation. Put UX in the center of your product strategy

An excellent example of how UX is important is the complete revamp of the filter section in the Slideboard. This Kanban-style app has always been thought and designed a simple tool with just a few key filters. As needs grew, more features arrived, turning the Slideboard away from its original philosophy: elegance and simplicity.


Our UX team started again from scratch asking simple questions. How many clicks are users willing to make to get the information they want? How can they be sure a filter is active or not? The project went through mockups, designs, internal and user testing before going live in May. As a result, the Filters module usage has more than doubled over just a month. It clearly shows cleaner and simpler UX encourages usage and adoption.
